		<description>You cannot possibly over-emphasize how important professionalism is in your e-communications.  I am constantly amazed at how people spend enough time to properly put together snail mail.  Yet, they fail to spend time to put together a good, professional e-mail.

I think a good rule of thumb is to practice the same courtesies in e-mail that you would use in writing a letter to a person.</description>
