Now, did you realize how much Tony packed into these 22 minutes which he usually teaches in 2-3 days? Awesome, isn’t it?

In either case, it’s a good time [...]]]> I found this video a couple months ago and thought it’s a good idea to share it with you guys today. Some of you may have seen it already, some not. It was viewed at least ~24 MILLION times, favored 125,000 times, and it received ~47,000 comments. Awesome.

In either case, it’s a good time to watch it (again.) I watched it several times myself already and my heart’s bumping each and every time.
