That was also my fear at first, Deimos. But once you get over that hurdle it becomes fun to delegate. :-)

Well, 24 hours a day is never enough.

I realized that after I started blogging.

Before, most of my time was spent on PC Gaming.

As for delegation, I have yet to found anyone that I trust enough to delegate my task to.

Perhaps I need to look harder! :D

Yeah, B Carter, that happens often, even to me! Mainly because folks "have to" do it (or else they may loose the job, money, etc.) Maybe transfer that "have to" approach to our own business and other areas? I know it's easily said, yet still it's the key.

"I have to do it NOW, otherwise..."

It may even be helpful to have another control mechanism in place. For example, someone who controls the progress of your daily/weekly accomplishments.

Wrote about that awhile ago...

You know, I follow many of these rules at my day job, I'm not sure why I don't translate them to my own business.

I like the tip: each day write 5 things to do, prioritize, and stick to it. Thanks for the great article, Marcus!
