I realized that after I started blogging. Before, most of my time was spent on PC Gaming. As for delegation, I have yet to found anyone that I trust enough to delegate my task to. Mainly because folks "have to" do it (or else they may loose the job, money, etc.) Maybe transfer that "have to" approach to our own business and other areas? For example, someone who controls the progress of your daily/weekly accomplishments.
